Business Fair Bootcamp

Join Regina Mater for a free three-day workshop!

About

Regina Mater is hosting a three-day Business Fair Bootcamp for students in high school, middle school, and elementary in collaboration with the Catholic Entrepreneurship and Design Experience (CEDE) from The Catholic University of America.

Students will participate in a series of Design-Build-Market challenges that will culminate in a business fair open to the community.

The CEDE Program integrates a Catholic vision of the human person with the ideals of principled entrepreneurship. It builds on Pope John Paul II’s Theology of the Body as a practical application of renewal of the world in Christ.

Maria Montessori, a guiding light for Regina Mater, similarly identified the need for older children to engage the heart, head, and hand through enterprise. She sees it as a critical step toward entering the world of adulthood.

The chief symptom of adolescence is a state of expectation, a tendency towards creative work and a need for the strengthening of self-confidence. - Maria Montessori

Our Bootcamp will give the time and space for trial and error, creative disruption, and screen-free fun.
